Account Manager


Reporting to Sales Director, Account Manager will need to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by selling our products and services to new clients and existing customers.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exceed assigned quota in assigned region and functional verticals
  • Meet monthly sales objectives
  • Follow the Base sales process
  • Use Base CRM tool to track account updates, forecasts, and activities
  • Able to travel when required
  • Weekly pipeline review with manager

 

Essential Education, Skills, Abilities, and Background

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in IT or Business Administration)
  • Use English fluently (talking and writing)
  • More than 3 years experience selling complex software or system infrastructure solutions to enterprise level clients
  • Good communication skills (including written, spreadsheet, PowerPoint)
  • Technical skills sufficient to conduct your own product demonstrations
  • Ability to identify project opportunities, formulate the project and develop a business solution based on prospect needs
  • Comfortable in dealing with all levels of client organizations but especially skillful at the executive level
  • Strong team player with high energy and a drive for success; strong listening skills and exceptional customer satisfaction focus also required
